Buffalo Chicken Legs

Buffalo Chicken Legs

This is my Ode to Super Bowl Sunday food.  We are not too fond of Buffalo wings due to them being mostly skin and fat and with little meat.  So I thought, why not dress fat chicken legs with the same sauce. I came up with this recipe.

4 large chicken legs
4 tablespoon vegetable oil
½ cup hot sauce
½ cup butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon worchestershire sauce
Saute the chicken legs in the oil in a pan for 35 minutes until the legs are nice and brown. Remove the legs from the pan and bake for another 20 minutes to cook through.

Melt the butter.  Place the remaining ingredients in a separate bowl and stir well. Add the melted butter and mix well.  Add the legs and coat well. Serve in the sauce so you can dab each piece back in to coat.
Use the Sauce as a dip for the chicken pieces.

TIPS:
·        Better have a glass of milk near by to calm the mouth!
